An Application Process as Thorough as the Protection it Provides
Applying our advanced ceramic coating is not as simple as slapping on a coat or two of paint. Our seven-step application process guarantees that your Easy Choice ceramic coating will perform as promised.
1. Inspection & Repair – We start with an exhaustive inspection of your home’s exterior to identify any areas of rot or damage that must be repaired, replaced or patched prior to application.
2. Pressure Wash, Scraping and Sanding – Next we “scrub” your home clean, clearing away any peeling paint, sanding smooth rough surfaces and power washing the entire structure. This prepares the surface to receive and bond with the ceramic coating.
3. Caulking – Gaps that could allow moisture or cold air into your home are located and sealed.
4. Masking and Shielding – Our professional crews carefully cover windows and trim, and protect shrubbery and other landscaping prior to the application of the coating.
5. Primer & Finish Coat – A specially formulated primer coat is applied to ensure a complete bond between the coating and the surface of your home. Then two coats of our ceramic architectural coating are applied and allowed to cure into a hard finish.
6. Final Inspection – Led by our site supervisor, a final “walk around” inspection is made to ensure that the coating was applied properly to all areas of the exterior surface. We’re not satisfied until you are!
